To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerfectRoti is not responsible for any loss of or damage to property, including your device, data or other belongings, or for any other loss that results from downloading, installing or using our apps.
1. Using our apps
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use our apps. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the apps.
3. Accounts
If an app requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Purchases & subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Interfering with or disrupting the apps or servers
- Attempting unauthorized access to any system or data
- Using the apps to harass, abuse or harm others
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and software in our apps belong to PerfectRoti or its licensors.
7. Disclaimer
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerfectRoti is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the apps at any time.
9. Privacy
Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
