This Privacy Policy explains how PerfectRoti.com ("PerfectRoti", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our mobile apps, including BrainPaws: Find Hidden Pets ("BrainPaws"), and our website perfectroti.com (together, the "Services"). Your privacy matters to us. We built our apps to work without collecting your personal information.
Our privacy promises
- We do not sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, data brokers or anyone else. We never have and never will.
- We do not collect personal data in our apps. No name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location or account details.
- No accounts or sign-in. You can play without registering or giving us anything.
- Your game progress stays on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers.
- No tracking without your permission. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites unless you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- No profiling. We do not build profiles about you or make automated decisions about you.
1. Information we collect
In our apps: the current version of BrainPaws does not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any personal information. It has no accounts, no analytics, no crash-reporting service and no advertising.
When you contact us: if you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message (for example, your device model or a screenshot). We use this only to answer you.
On our website: perfectroti.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not require a login. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for a short time, for security and to keep the site running.
2. Data stored only on your device
To save your game, BrainPaws stores the following on your device only:
- the round you have reached
- the paw ratings you earned
- your remaining hints
- the number of animals you have found
- your sound settings and whether you have seen the tutorial
This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes this data. It may be included in your own device backups (for example, iCloud Backup), which Apple manages under its privacy policy.
3. Device permissions
BrainPaws does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, location, Bluetooth, health data or notifications. Sound effects play through your speaker; the app does not record audio.
4. Ratings and reviews
The app may show Apple's standard "Rate this app" prompt. This prompt is run entirely by Apple. We do not receive any information about whether or how you rated the app, except what you choose to post publicly on the App Store.
5. Purchases
The current version of BrainPaws is free and has no in-app purchases. If we offer purchases in the future, Apple will process all payments. We never receive your card or payment details.
6. Advertising (only if added in a future version)
The current version of BrainPaws shows no ads. If a future version includes ads, they will be provided by Google AdMob, and we will update this policy and the App Store privacy labels before that version is released. In that case:
- The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interaction data and diagnostic data, to show and measure ads. See how Google uses this data.
- On iPhone, you will be asked through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will see only non-personalised ads.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in the app.
- You can turn off tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Even then, we will not sell your personal data, and we will not receive or store your advertising identifier ourselves.
7. How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to:
- answer your support requests and feedback
- keep our website secure and working
- meet legal obligations
We do not use your information for marketing emails, and we never send you messages you did not ask for.
8. Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only:
- with service providers that help us run the Services (such as our email and website hosting providers), who may use it only on our behalf and must keep it confidential
- when required by law, a court order or a valid legal request
- to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, PerfectRoti or others
- as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy will continue to protect your information
9. Data retention
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you, and deleted within 24 months of our last reply. Website server logs are kept for no more than 30 days. Game data on your device stays there until you delete the app.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for our website and email. Because our apps keep your data on your device, there is very little data that could ever be exposed.
11. Children's privacy
BrainPaws is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages because it collects no personal information from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop or restrict using your information, or object to how we use it
- withdraw consent you have given
Email support@perfectroti.com. We will reply within 30 days, free of charge. We will never treat you differently for using your rights.
EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR): where we process personal data, we do so to answer your requests (legitimate interest or to take steps at your request), to meet legal obligations, or with your consent. You also have the right to data portability and to complain to your local data protection authority.
California and other US states (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws): we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals on our website.
India (DPDP Act): you may access, correct and erase your data, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Contact us at the email below.
13. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
14. Third-party links
Our Services may link to websites we do not control, such as the App Store. Their privacy practices are covered by their own policies.
15. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, such as adding ads to an app, we will update the App Store privacy details before the change goes live.
