They are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
1. Permitted use
You may download and use our apps for personal, non-commercial use under our Terms of Use and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish or create derivative works from our apps or content without our written permission.
2. Trademarks
"PerfectRoti", the PerfectRoti logo and our app names and icons are trademarks of PerfectRoti.com. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of a third-party trademark does not imply endorsement.
3. Third-party content
Some apps include open-source software, fonts or media licensed from third parties. These remain the property of their owners and are used under their license terms. Where required, attributions are listed inside the app.
4. Reporting infringement
If you believe content in one of our apps or on this website infringes your copyright, email support@perfectroti.com with:
- Your name and contact details
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Where the infringing material appears (app name, screen, or URL)
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will review every valid notice and remove or disable infringing material where appropriate.
